The results will display in a table noting local providers for DSL, cable modem, and satellite or other wireless option if the services are available in your area. Prices for each service and contact information are provided. By following the Technology link, you can gain information on DSL, Cable Modem, Wireless technology, and a High-Speed Access Technology Comparison chart. Once note of caution; when I entered my city of residence, the table did not show cable modem access, which is available, so the data available at this site may not be totally current.

“As the replacement for the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT), O*NET will be the nation’s primary source of occupational information.” O*NET Online allows you to find occupations, search for occupations that use your skills (Skills Search), find occupations related to the one you select (Related Occupations), see the most important features of your selected occupation (Snapshot), obtain specifics on your selected occupation (Details), and use other classifications systems to find the corresponding O*NET/SOC occupations (Crosswalk). If the searcher needs accommodations due to a health problem or disability, there is a job accommodation link. The website is also available in low-vision and text only versions. O*NET covers 950 occupations and uses the most recent version of the Standard Occupational Classification system.
