Marc Hershovitz practices law in Atlanta, Georgia, and focuses his practice in three principal areas: litigation, business counseling, and political law. He represents parties in civil litigation of all types, and advises small and mid-sized businesses in all areas of the law that affect business operations.

In 2004, Hershovitz persuaded the Georgia Supreme Court to overturn a statewide election in what was the first successful challenge to a statewide election in U.S. history (Mead v. Sheffield, 601 S.E.2d 99 (Ga. 2004)).

The Daily Report named Hershovitz one of 14 Georgia lawyers under 40 “On the Rise” in 2006, and Atlanta Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine previously selected Hershovitz as one of the top lawyers in the State of Georgia.

Hershovitz is a cum laude graduate of The University of Georgia School of Law. He also received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, with high honors and with honors in political science, from The University of Georgia.
