He takes care of the paper and electronic collection, as well as the website of the library. He has a degree in philosophy (1983). He was secretary to the Belgian association of law librarians during the time that association existed (1990-1995). He published five editions of a bibliography on Belgian law (Elementaire Bibliografie Belgisch recht, Mys & Breesch, 5th ed. 1999).
