Sheffield&lt;/i&gt;, 601 S.E.2d 99 (Ga. 2004)).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;The Daily Report&lt;/i&gt; named Hershovitz one of 14 Georgia lawyers under 40 &amp;ldquo;On the Rise&amp;rdquo; in 2006, and &lt;i&gt;Atlanta Magazine&lt;/i&gt; and &lt;i&gt;Law &amp;amp; Politics Magazine&lt;/i&gt; previously selected Hershovitz as one of the top lawyers in the State of Georgia.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Hershovitz is a &lt;i&gt;cum laude&lt;/i&gt; graduate of The University of Georgia School of Law. He also received his undergraduate degree, &lt;i&gt;cum laude,&lt;/i&gt; with high honors and with honors in political science, from The University of Georgia.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
