This site allows access to 60 law related mailing lists. The lists

This site provides information about the United Kingdom Parliament,
the House of Commons, and the House of Lords. You can link to the
Parliamentary Bookshop, Parliamentary Archives, and search the
Parliamentary Publications Database. Full text of publications will be
displayed. Some of the publications available are the Order Paper,
House of Commons Debates, Standing Committees on Bills, Public Bills,
Select Committees reports, The Weekly Information Bulletin, and the
Sessional Information Digest.

Publishing Agency
This site provides electronic access to selected Army publications.
The IBM Library Reader is required to read these files. There is a
link to the IBM site for obtaining the reader free. Electronic forms
are also available with the option of using FTP client if you need to
download a large number of forms. There are links to News bulletins,

European Union(EU) Agenda 2000
The European Commission released its opinions on the ten
applications for EU membership from Central and Eastern Europe plus
documents describing the "Agenda 2000" program on July 16,
1997. The Agenda 2000 is made up of the Commission's proposals for
agricultural, structural, and horizontal policies, a reinforced
preaccession strategy, and the financial framework beyond 1999. There

PolicyFile is an annual subscription database. The data is collected
from public policy think tanks around the world. The database includes
over 12,000 abstracts with additions weekly plus direct access to
full-text articles within the abstracts. There are direct links to
organizational home pages and e-mail addresses. The abstracts date
back to 1990. All subscriptions include a monthly, customized,
electronic newsletter (HEADLINES) which lists the latest abstracts
added to the database under the three subject areas selected by the
subscriber. Base subscription price for one concurrent user for one

This site has full text or summary of selected documents prepared by
The Stationery Office for the Internet. The Stationery Office
publications are listed by date, by title, or by department. Other
Official Publications on the Internet are listed by category as

Papers, Hansard, House of Commons Papers, Judgments of the House of
Lords, Orders Papers, Press Releases-Parliamentary and Government,

site. Many Clerk's publications can be viewed here. A project is
