Margaret Berkland is the president of Data Vision Design, Inc., which specializes in providing IT solutions to the legal community. Founded in Fredericksburg, VA in 1989, Data Vision Design, Inc. provides services that include: applications development, business process design, applications integration, electronic file tracking and, access expedition. The documents were obtained through the Freedom of Information Act and are heavily redacted. Review and analysis of the task force proceedings are included on the pages. In its mission statement the Natural Resources Defense Council's states that its “purpose is to safeguard the Earth: its people, its plants and animals and the natural systems on which all life depends.”

American Family Voices states that it “was founded in 2000 to be a strong voice for middle and low income families on economic, health care, and consumer issues.” Protections for pension and retirement funds are among the issues for which it pushes for legislation and on which it seeks to educate the public. Photocopied Enron documents (supposedly legitimate) are featured on the website as well as newsroom articles, and background information on Enron.
