The Center for Ethics in Government is a nonpartisan, nonprofit
organization which supports professional and ethical principles in the
legislative process. The site has ethics laws for state legislators and
lobbyists, briefs on important issues, codes of ethics, links, and an
ethics archive of materials. There is a News section with links to the
latest ethics news and updates section. Since the Center is located at
National Conference of State Legislatures, there are direct links to the
NCSL website as well.

opportunities of over $25, 000 via the Internet. Through this portal,
commercial vendors can track and retrieve procurement opportunities
solicited by the federal contracting community. The user can do an FBO/Awards
Search using several criteria: full text, active/inactive documents,
synopses/awards, by solicitation/award number, by date (all days-8 weeks),
by set-aside code, by place of performance zip code, by procurement
classification code, and by agency. Search results are arranged by most
recent listing first. The information provided in the results includes
date of posting, agency, office, location, type (with a link to a
synopsis, amendment, solicitation, etc.), title, and SOL. There are
related links, links to general information, and what’s new. If you click
on the Vendor Notification Link, you can register to receive procurement
announcements via e-mail.

ever want to know about flags. There are 9900+ pages about flags and more
than 18,500 images of flags on the site. You can browse pages arranged by
title, country, or date last updated, and by clickable maps. You can
search the site by keyword. You can find a wealth of information under the
broad topics of general information, design of flags, display and use of
flags, and other flag information. There is a FAQ that includes a glossary
of terms and a list of abbreviations. If you have a child who needs a
black and white line drawing of a flag to color or you need one for other
purposes, you can print one in small, medium or large sizes from this
website. There is a glossary of vexillological terms and a bibliography of
flag books. A listing with links to other interesting related sites is
provided. A link to the history of FOTW explains the origin of the site
