You can view the list by rank or alphabetically. A link from each company provides basic company information, a link to the company website, employee information (number, minorities, etc.), jobs/salary, and a summary. There is also a link to a list of the best companies for women.
The Shifted Librarian
This site is a blog (web log). Jenny Levine who maintains the site defines the “shifted librarian" as someone who is working to make libraries more portable. The site covers PDAs, digital videos, digital music, gadgets, cool tools, copyright and other topics as they relate to libraries. There are links to other similar sites. Jenny formerly maintained the Librarian’s Site du Jour.
This is another web log site. It provides information about handheld devices that is shared by librarians. There are links included to other similar sites. Nasdaq-100 Dynamic Heatmap
Each colored rectangle represents an individual company that is part of the Nasdaq-100. Delayed stock prices, and the color of the cells, update once a minute from 9:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. is on the Heatmap, the bigger the move. If you move your mouse over a company cell, you can see an intraday pop-up chart. You can change the sort order and the color scheme of the Heatmap. If you Left click on a company rectangle, you can bring up an InfoQuote page. You can right click on a company rectangle to get news, fundamentals, Analyst Info, Holdings/Insiders and other information on the company. There are also links to the Exchange Traded Fund Heatmap and the Nasdaq-100 Pre-Market Heatmap.
FindArticles is a an archived of published articles that can you can search and print in their entirety, at no cost. Over 300 magazines and journals are covered, back to 1998. The coverage is updated constantly. FindArticles is a content-distribution partnership between LookSmart and Gale Group.
