Congress Online Project: The Congress Online Project is a two-year program funded by The Pew Charitable Trusts and conducted jointly by the George Washington University and the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) to examine the use of Web sites and other forms of online communications by congressional offices. The goal of the project is to improve electronic communication between Members of Congress and the public. [All of CMF’s work on information and communication technology, including that of the Congress Online Project, can now be found in the “Technology Research” section of CMF’s Web site.]
