Emily Donnellan is a Branch Librarian based out of Boise, Idaho for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. She earned her MLIS from the University of Washington, J.D. from the University of South Dakota and B.A. from Portland State University. Prior to joining the 9th Circuit Emily worked at Concordia University School of Law as their Public Services Librarian and Assistant Professor. She has taught courses in Advanced Legal Research and 1L Success Skills. Her research interests include library marketing, access to justice, and issues affecting Native American reservations.
