Dr Rachel Morrison currently teaches and researches in Organisational Psychology / Organisational Behaviour within the Business School at AUT (Auckland, NZ). Her degrees are in Psychology and Work/Organisational Psychology and she has previously taught within psychology departments at Auckland University, Massey University and AUT University. Rachel has been researching in the area of work engagement, workplace design, and co-worker relationships for fifteen years and, as well as publishing in academic journals, has co-edited two books: Friends and enemies in organisations: A work psychology perspective (2009, Palgrave) and Relationships in organisations: A work psychology perspective (2013, Palgrave).
