Jeff Beard
Jeff Beard is an attorney and the former Legal Services IT Manager with Caterpillar Inc., where he worked with legal management on strategic planning, litigation readiness, practice support, project management and implementation of numerous legal systems. In addition Jeff has significant large firm and consulting experience. He is a frequent national author and presenter on contemporary legal technology and practice management issues. His popular blog, LawTech Guru, frequently covers new developments in e-discovery and other key issues, as well as useful tips and tech tools. He also writes a regular column for Inside Counsel’s popular InsideTech Newsletter.
