Dana Neacsu
Dana Neacsu is a reference
librarian at Columbia Law School, a lawyer and member of the bar of the
State of New York, a former Romanian judge (1989-1990) and an assistant
professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest (1990-1994).
She received an M.L.S. from CUNY (2001), an LL.M. from Harvard (1994), a D.E.A. from Caen (1991), and a
Diploma de Drept (J.D.) from Bucharest (1989). She has published a number of
law articles in the US and Romania.
